No. Milofly takes no share of your sales at any rate; you only pay the yearly subscription. For card payments, the payment provider's transaction fee is part of your own contract with that provider. The money goes straight to your account and Milofly takes no share of that fee either. Shipping costs follow your contract with the carrier.

Some do. Shopify, for example, charges stores that use another payment provider instead of its own a transaction fee of 0.2% to 2% depending on the plan (shopify.com/pricing, pricing page as of 23 September 2026). On Milofly there is no fee per sale, whichever payment provider you use.

Whichever plan you choose, the first subscription year is $299 per store. Businesses in Türkiye pay 20% VAT on top, $358.80 in total; businesses based in other countries pay no Turkish VAT.

On Starter you pay $299 every year. From the second year, Professional is $1,599 and Enterprise is $2,399. They are paid yearly; Turkish VAT is added only for businesses in Türkiye.

No. The first-year price covers your store's first 12 paid months. Whichever plan you move to in that time, the first-year price still applies and you pay no difference. Renewal is at the list price on that day. If you upgrade after the first year, the time left on your current plan is credited and you only pay the difference.

Enterprise adds international selling (no fee per country), country teams, purchase cost and true profit, unlimited warehouses, priority support and migration service on top of that. Included in Enterprise. On that plan, international selling is fully open: add any sales country to your store, with no fee per country. On the other plans your store sells in one country. You can sell in Türkiye, Germany and the United Arab Emirates.

You pay by card from the Milofly admin at the start of each yearly period, in one payment or in the instalments your card offers. For instalments, the total including any instalment charge is shown at checkout.

No. Businesses in Türkiye pay 20% VAT; businesses based in other countries pay no Turkish VAT and are invoiced without it. If your own country taxes imported services, you account for that tax under your local rules.

Plan prices are set in US dollars. The currency you are charged in and any exchange rate used are shown at checkout together with the total.

Pricing is per store, and each store runs on its own subscription. You manage your stores from one account and switch between them in the admin without a password. To sell the same products in another country you do not need a second store; you add a new sales country to your existing store. Adding countries to a store: Included in Enterprise.

Milo is on every plan, and each plan includes a set amount of usage. Your usage is shown in the admin. Extra usage packs are sold in the admin for stores in Türkiye.
