What's in Payments

    Choose which payment methods appear in which country. Each payment method runs through one provider; different methods such as cards, PayPal and bank transfer work side by side in the same country, each country on its own payment account.

    The bank's error code is turned into a clear message in the shopper's own language.

  • Payments that are never lost

    If the notification from the payment provider does not arrive, it is retried, and payment records are regularly checked against the provider.

The address is right the first time, so the parcel finds the door.

At checkout, suggestions appear as shoppers type their address, and the one they pick fills in the rest. Fields follow each country's address format, so shoppers type less and carriers never get an incomplete address.

  • Address suggestions as you type

    The address line comes first. Suggestions appear as shoppers type; in Germany, the one they pick fills in the street and number, postcode and city together.

  • From their location or a map

    With “Use my location” the address comes from where the shopper is. They can also move the pin to their door on a map and the address fills in from there.

  • Each country's address format

    Türkiye, Germany and the United Arab Emirates each have their own address template: which fields are required, and in what order, follows the country. The address reaches the carrier in that format.

  • The browser fills in the card

    Card number, expiry date and cardholder name fill in with one tap from the card saved in the shopper's browser (Chrome, Safari); nothing to type.

  • Members and guests both check out fast

    Members pick a saved address; guests pay without an account. If a guest uses a member's email, a code sent to that address is required, so no one can order in someone else's name.

Good to know before you start

  • To take card payments you sign your own contract with the payment provider; their fees follow that contract.
  • Which countries Stripe and PayPal open accounts for depends on their own terms. Check their websites before you apply.
  • Milofly takes no share of your sales or of the provider's fee. The money goes straight to your payment account.

Which payment providers does it work with?

iyzico and VakıfBank virtual POS in Türkiye; Stripe, PayPal, iyzico and VakıfBank in Germany; Stripe in United Arab Emirates. If they are enabled in your Stripe account, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna appear too. Bank transfer works in every country, and cash on delivery in Türkiye. Each payment method runs through one provider you choose; different methods such as cards, PayPal and bank transfer work side by side in the same country. For a provider not on the list, write to us.

Who opens the payment account?

You do. You sign your own contract with the payment provider and enter your details in the admin, and the money goes straight to your account.

Do you support Apple Pay and Google Pay?

They appear at checkout when they are enabled in your Stripe account and the shopper's device and currency support them. For Apple Pay, you register your store's domain in your Stripe account.

Can I take cash on delivery?

Yes, if your carrier contract supports collecting payment at the door. The system only shows cash on delivery once it has confirmed that the carrier of every warehouse the order ships from supports it.

Does Milofly take a commission on my sales?

No. Milofly takes no share of your sales at any rate; you only pay the yearly subscription. The payment provider's transaction fee is part of your own contract with that provider, and Milofly takes no share of it either.
