These terms cover the use of the milofly.com website. Buying the service is subject to the Distance Service Sales Agreement.
1. Scope
These terms apply to everyone who visits milofly.com. The terms of the Milofly subscription are set out in the Distance Service Sales Agreement.
2. Nature of the information
The information on this site is here to introduce the Milofly service. Some functions on the Features page require an account, contract and access with a payment provider, carrier or another service; these conditions are written next to the function. The pages are updated as the service develops. Admin screenshots are prepared with sample data.
3. Prices
Prices are set per store, per year, in US dollars: Starter is $299 every year; Professional and Enterprise are $299 for the first subscription year and the plan's list price on the Pricing page in later years. Businesses in Türkiye pay 20% VAT; businesses based in other countries pay no Turkish VAT and are invoiced without it. The currency and amount of collection are shown at checkout together with the total including VAT; the exchange rate rule is set out in section 5.3 of the Distance Service Sales Agreement.
4. Intellectual property
The texts on this site, the Milofly name and logo, the mascot Milo, the 3D illustrations and the admin screenshots belong to Milofly and may not be copied or used without permission.
5. Links to other websites
The site may contain links to the store admin and to third-party services. The owners of third-party websites are responsible for their content and practices.
6. Changes
Milofly may update these terms; the current text is published on this page.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law.
