2. Personal data processed

Identity: first name, last name.
Contact: email address, phone number, address.
Customer transactions: subscription, invoice and support correspondence.
Transaction security: sign-in records, IP address, device and browser details; when you visit milofly.com, the IP address, date, requested page and browser details in the server access logs.
Contact and meeting requests: if you fill in the contact form on milofly.com, the name, email address, phone number and message you write and the meeting day and time you choose; the page you sent the form from, the campaign details in the link (UTM), the moment you confirmed reading this notice, your IP address and browser details.
Sign in with Google: if you choose this, the account ID, email address and name Google passes to us.
Finance: invoice details and payment records.
Marketing: commercial electronic message preferences, only with your explicit consent.

3. Purposes of processing

Making and performing the service agreement; opening the account and keeping it secure; keeping the site and admin secure and detecting errors; collecting the subscription fee and invoicing; answering requests and complaints, including those sent through the contact form, and preventing misuse of the form; meeting legal obligations; and, with your explicit consent, sending promotional and informational messages.

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds in Article 5(2) of the Law:

(c) it is directly related to making or performing a contract,
(ç) it is needed for the data controller to meet a legal obligation,
(f) it is in the data controller's legitimate interest, provided it does not harm the data subject's fundamental rights and freedoms.

For commercial electronic messages, your explicit consent is obtained under Article 5(1) of the Law.

5. How data is collected

Personal data is collected electronically when you open an account and use the store admin, at checkout, through the contact form on milofly.com and in email and phone correspondence, and automatically through server logs when you visit milofly.com.

6. Transfers

Personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to payment institutions; to hosting, storage and backup, email sending, address suggestion and map, and AI service providers; to the providers of services you connect to your store (payment provider, carrier, marketplace, Google, Meta); to our accountant; and to public authorities entitled by law. Some of these service providers are abroad; transfers abroad are made in line with the conditions in Article 9 of the Law. The providers' names, what each is used for and the countries they operate in are set out in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

7. People who shop in stores

For the data of people who shop in a store built with Milofly, the store concerned is the data controller; Milofly acts as a data processor only on the store's instructions. These people exercise their rights against the store concerned.

8. Your rights (Article 11 of the Law)

To learn whether your personal data is processed,
To ask for information about it if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
To know the third parties at home or abroad to whom it has been transferred,
To ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or wrong,
To ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in Article 7 of the Law,
To ask for corrections, deletion or destruction to be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to,
To object to a result against you that arises from analysis of the processed data solely by automated systems,
To claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

You can send your application, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Applications to the Data Controller, in writing to Cevizli Mah. Zuhal Cad. A Blok No: 46 İç Kapı No: 50, 34846 Maltepe / İstanbul, or from an email address you have previously given us and that is registered in our system to destek@milofly.com. Your application is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Board may apply.
