What's in Shipping and delivery

Shipping profiles
Group products into shipping profiles. There is also a no-shipping profile for products that do not need delivery.

Delivery zones and rates
Set the shipping price by zone and choose standard or express delivery options.

Automatic box and weight
Define your box sizes and the system picks the box and volumetric weight from the product dimensions.

Handling and delivery times
Show handling time and an estimated delivery date, and set a rule for pricing orders split across several boxes.

One delivery, one price
Even when products in the same shipping profile leave from different warehouses, shoppers see one delivery option and one shipping price.

A carrier for each warehouse
Each warehouse ships with its own carrier for the country it serves, and labels and tracking come from that carrier.

Book pickups from the admin
Book a courier pickup from the admin, or have it booked automatically every working day at a time you choose. Every parcel leaving the same warehouse goes into one pickup instead of one per shipment.

Ship with any carrier
You can also ship with a carrier that has no integration: enter the tracking number and shipment status in the admin, and shipping emails still go to the customer.

Labels and packing slips
Print carrier labels as PDF or for thermal printers, and print packing slips for the warehouse separately.

Automatic tracking emails
Tracking events are read regularly, and on the way, out for delivery, at the branch, delayed and delivered emails go out automatically.

Shipping profit or loss per order
Compare what you charged the shopper for shipping with what the carrier actually cost you on every order; the difference is your profit or loss.

Address autocomplete
Shoppers get suggestions as they type their address, and the address form adapts to the shopper's country.

Which carriers does it work with?
Yurtiçi Kargo and DHL eCommerce Türkiye in Türkiye; FedEx in
Türkiye,
Germany and
United Arab Emirates. Shipments, labels and tracking run on the account and API access the carrier gives you. You can also sell with a carrier that has no integration and enter the tracking number in the admin. Other carriers can connect as apps.
Can I book a courier pickup from the admin?
Yes. Book a pickup from the admin, or choose a time and working days for a warehouse and have the pickup booked every day automatically. Every parcel leaving the same warehouse goes into one pickup. Pickups work when your carrier connection and contract include the service.
How do I set shipping prices?
Write your own pricing rules by shipping profile and delivery zone. The price shoppers see comes from these rules, and on every order you compare the shipping fee you charged with the carrier's actual cost.
If products ship from different warehouses, does the shopper pay shipping twice?
No. Even when products in the same shipping profile leave from different warehouses, shoppers see one delivery option and one price.
Can I print labels?
With a connected carrier, print the carrier label as a PDF or for a thermal printer. Packing slips for the warehouse print separately.
Does it calculate customs for international shipments?
