Is my data backed up?

Yes. Databases get a full backup every six hours and a transaction log backup every fifteen minutes. Each backup is verified and stored off the server, and any moment in the last two weeks can be restored.

No. Each store's data is kept in its own database, and one store's team cannot reach another store's data.

Do bigger stores run faster?

No. Every store runs on the same code and the same infrastructure, with no speed set aside by plan or size.

Does my site have SSL?

Yes. Your free subdomain and your own connected domain both open with an SSL certificate.

Can an app I install reach all my data?

No. An app only works with the permissions you approved at install. If it asks for a new permission, you are asked again, and when you remove it, its access ends.
